A goal such as, "I will take a walk in the evening everyday" is detailed and realistic, but is it possible if you're just beginning your weight plan? "I am going to take a 30 minute walk every day" is more reasonable, but what happens if you are unable to take that 30 minute walk because you are too tired or you just didn’t have the time? It’s ok. Remember, there are no failures. If you try you cannot fail. Taking the first step to lose weight is a reward in itself.
